The wonder of jadeite mineral:

Born over millions of years under the ground, every jadeite boulder has its own veins, fissures and colours. Before cutting, one can only rely on light and experience. A single slice can reveal a masterpiece – or reduce value to fragments.

A unique trade and market:

From Myanmar mines through regional trading and cutting hubs to the final showcase, jadeite travels across many cities and hands. This industry runs on relationships, capital and trust, with information rarely fully transparent. Every piece you see has already come a very long way.

An eye for the one in ten thousand:

In this unpredictable world of jade, trained eyes are the greatest asset. Led by Yve Chan, the team studies everything from rough to half‑finished stones, reading texture and structure to select the right pieces truly worth further carving, redesign and collection for the project needs.

Carving craft and jewellery making:

Once the stone is sawn into workable pieces, real creation begins. Carvers follow natural grain and colour to decide what to keep or remove, while designers and goldsmiths refine structure and wearability. Together they turn raw jadeite into jewellery that is comfortable, enduring and quietly striking.

Jade and the oriental spirit:

Jade carries an enduring oriental spirit that has travelled across borders and generations, and today it continues to evolve into new chapters that weave tradition with contemporary life — a journey that The Jade Six consciously joins and helps to shape.

To walk with jade is to read the sky and earth, and be softened by time.
